I've been doing digital art since 2009, which incidentally was the same year I rapidly developed a dibilitating vision disorder called Keratoconus. I've had glasses and I hope to get corrective contact lenses if not corneal transplant surgery in the near future.Despite my setbacks, I continue my pursuit of art in its many forms.

✦ General Information

The following are guidelines regarding the commission process.
  • No "First Come First Serve." You must apply and have the order reviewed. I reserve the right to deny any order for any reason.

  • You Must provide visual references. Things will get along faster if I have something to work off of.

  • Due to physical limitations, this artist does not accept deadlines.

  • Turnaround time can vary depending on complexity and physical health. I work slowly due to eye fatigue and photophobia. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me.

✦ Intellectual Property and Commercial Rights

Upon receiving your commission:

✦ Payment & Refunds

Payment is only accepted in full after the sketch is approved for final rendering.

  • Payment is through Ko-fi, VGen, or Paypal only.
  • Refunds must be decided and agreed upon between both parties.
  • I reserve the right to drop any commission order and refunding the piece in full. This can be due to physical / mental ailments, personal life, or if I feel I cannot complete your piece in a timely manner.
  • In the event that you require a refund after significant progress has been made to your commission piece, I will be refunding half the original price.
  • Customers have up to one week after sketch approval to send in their full payment. Failure to comply will result in terminating their commission request and being removed from the queue.

✦ General Information

The following are guidelines regarding your rights as bidder or an adoptable owner.
  • All bids must be placed before the designated end time on the adoptable post. (CST / UTC -5)

  • The auction winner must respond within 24hr after being messaged. Failure to reply will forfeit the adoptable to the next highest bid before them.

  • Payments can be made via Paypal or Ko-fi only.

✦ For Adoptable owners

  • Yes! You can do split payment with another person for 100usd+ adopts.
  • Yes! You can share ownership of a design with your friends.
  • All non-physical traits like personality, age, sexuality, etc is up to the owner.
  • I Will not be making changes to the design after purchase. It will be sold As-is.
  • You may use designs from the concept art (if provided) to supplement the adoptable. _{For example: Drawing them in clothing from the concept art that isn't in the final.}
  • All purchases are final, no refunds and no reselling the design to someone else. You may give the design away or trade it for another.

✦ Commercial Rights

Upon receiving your adopted design you are allowed:

  • Personal use of the design: Commissions, roleplaying, etc. NSFW is allowed as long as the character is deemed 18+.
  • If you'd like to use the design for commercial use (as a mascot, PNG, Vtuber design) please contact me first before bidding.
